GMB suspension and reinstatement assistance
Google My Business is now called Google Business Profile. If you searched for GMB suspension help, you are in the right place. Our work starts with the notice you received, the affected profile and any appeal history. A suspension, verification request and ownership dispute may require different next steps.
Review the policy issue before appealing
We review the stated policy issue alongside your business name, location, business model and profile details. The aim is to identify information that needs correction and whether the business meets the relevant requirements. We do not claim access to hidden enforcement logs or promise to identify every internal trigger.
Prepare evidence and the appeal
We help organize a factual explanation and relevant business records. Google lists registration, business licenses, tax certificates and business utility bills as potential supporting evidence. Names and addresses should match the profile. Prepare the evidence first: the linked evidence form has a 60-minute submission window once opened.
What happens after submission?
Monitor the appeal status and Google’s response. Do not create a replacement profile for the same business while the appeal is under review. If the appeal is denied, review the reason and eligibility for additional review. Google controls the decision and timing; we cannot guarantee reinstatement or a particular turnaround.
What should I send for an initial review?
Start with your business website, profile link if available, the wording of the suspension notice and whether an appeal has already been submitted. Do not put passwords, verification codes or sensitive identity documents in the general contact form.
Will reinstatement restore my old ranking?
Reinstatement and ranking are separate. A restored profile may still need time and further checks before it appears as expected. Website visibility is also separate from the profile’s status. If your notice asks for verification instead, see our verification service.
